Any product purchased from EasyChip™ is sold in accordance with the following terms of sale.

All products are sold as professional performance enhancements and fitting said products is done so at your own risk.

Delivery times are 1-5 working days for stock items. Items which have to be ordered are 3-7 working days.

Any item can be returned for a full refund within 60 days from receipt if it is in perfect condition (as new).

If any product is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

Products remain our full property until paid for in full.

Any item sent in error due to our mistake will be replaced free of charge and any postage charge for returning any wrongly supplied product will be refunded.

Any product which develops a fault within 3 years from the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced at our cost.

Products will not be replaced until the original product has been received by us.

Products which are damaged deliberately or due to negligence will not be covered under warranty.

Should any item be out of stock or no longer available, we reserve the right to send a product of identical or better quality at no extra charge to the customer. If the customer does not wish to keep the replaced item it can be returned for a full refund.

EasyChip™ is a reseller of the DTE-Systems tuning box and is not connected with the Manufacturer or any of its other UK distributors.

Should you have a problem with any tuning box supplied direct from us, please contact us directly. If you have bought a system elsewhere then please contact either the supplying dealer or the manufacturer. We do not supply warranty for any DTE-Systems tuning box which was not purchased from us.
